Shipping policy

At Spontaneous Order our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, and strive to ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time:  Order validation, printing, quality check, and packaging can take between 2–7 business days for our products.  Most of the time, processing takes on the shorter end of that spectrum, but sometimes it does take the full processing time.  

Shipping Time:  3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

Note: We currently do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We're available to all other countries and ship internationally!

Customs fees and import taxes:  We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.  Countries all handle imported goods a little differently.  We strongly recommend understanding the policies for imports in the country you reside in and ship to.
